The stream assets were closed out in 2009, however the buffer closeout was delayed to allow for
supplemental planting to occur in areas not meeting the 320 stems per acre buffer criterion indicated on Map
1a on following page. A supplemental plant was completed in January 2013; 1,400 stems were installed on
3.43 acres (density of 408 stems/acre). Thirteen vegetation transects located within the current buffer extent
were surveyed in 2015. Prior to closeout in 2017 three of the 2015 transects were resurveyed (Tablelb). All
vegetation transects far exceeded the 320 stems per acre buffer mitigation requirement.
