One composite Whole Effluent sample was collected from Duke Energy — Roxboro Steam Electric
Power Plant Outfall 003, and one grab sample was collected from Duke Energy — Roxboro Steam
Electric Power Plant Outfall 006, on March 1, 2016 by Cheng Zhang of Division of Water Resource
(DWR), Raleigh Regional Office. These samples were for use in an acute Pimephales promelas pass -fail
test and an acute Pimephales promelas multiple concentration toxicity test, respectively, which were
performed by the staff at DWR Aquatic Toxicity Branch. These tests passed for the toxicity inspection.
