Per NCAC 2B 15A: 02H.1000, a drainage area is defined as "the entire area contributing surface runoff to a single point." Please provide an analysis of the imperviousness of each of the separate drainage areas that have been termed collectively as "Drainage Area 4." The DWQ continues to believe that this portion of the development is high density. If so, then an appropriately selected and designed BMP must be provided to treat the stormwater from Drainage Area 4. 2. For each proposed BMP, please provide a completed BMP Supplement Form with all required items (see httla:Hh2o.enr.state.nc.[tslstybrnp_forms.htm).
