APPROVAL of 401 Water Quality Certification with Additional Conditions
Dear Mr. Niekamp:
In the approval issued on October 10, 2008 for the subject site, condition #5 of the "additional
requirements" should have stated that mitigation was required for 291 linear feet (If) of stream. A
typo stated that 360 If was required. All other conditions of the 401-certification are still in effect
and are required.
