I have revised the elevations on the form to match what Is on the plans. I added a diversion ditch above the pond on the revised plans that was Not on the previous plan. This diverts some of the area that was draining To the pond around the pond. This reduced the drainage area as indicated On the Supplement Form. I had shown this on the grading plan but did not Have it shown on the pond plan. I have attached a revised pond plan with This diversion shown. I have also shown on the attached pond plan a note stating that all areas above The permanent pool elevation of the pond be planted with either grass or other Permanent plantings.
