James Taylor and Terry Walters received a letter on 9/17/2008 from your office dated
9/12/2008. I didn't receive it because it went to my old home address. The property
mailing address and the previous letters to DWQ has my new address. I am giving the
new address for your information. Please change my address in the appropriate records.
James forwarded the letter on Sept 18`h.
I am working with an engineer for creating the storm water plan and I will not be able to
provide that information within the requested 30 calendar days. I am requesting you to
extend the response deadline to 11/30/2008 and I will provide the requested materials by
that date. Please accept this extension request and send me a reply to the new mailing
address.
