If this summary is to be distributed to other interested parties will you make the distribution or should I? The natural Resources Foundation has received funds from U.S. Trust, reducing the escrow to $152,000. You authorized a reduction to $150,000, but our accounting office and U.S.Trust determined (which is fine with me) that we should not go below $152,000 to avoid selling securities in a down market. Thanks for your continued support. David Ashcraft Executive Director, NC State Natural Resources Foundation, Inc.
