We need to convert 32' of temporary impacts at permit site 11a to permanent bank stabilization. The banks in this section were
vertical and unstable, so at the time of channel relocation, we sloped the banks back. Since the plans called for armoring the
relocated piece, we opted to go ahead and stabilize this section at the same time. I've attached a picture delineating the
additional bank stabilization that was done. I've also attached a note on the attached plan sheet for permit site 11a.

I think you can process under an infield mod.
James,
I wasn't sure how you would handle. I know on nationwide permits I have to send a new cover letter and updated PCN, but
since this is project has an IP, I need to know how we should handle.
