No 8 2441301 and 8 T441302, TIP ID No U-2519 and X-2
Pursuant to Public Law 91-190, "National Environmental Policy Act of 1969", we are
transmitting a Draft Environmental Impact Statement and a Natural Resources Technical Report
for the subject proposed highway improvement
You are requested to furnish us comments on each alternative, with respect to the
environmental considerations over which your agency has jurisdiction by law or expertise Your
preference of an alternative and reasons are invited
Copies of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement are being submitted to the State
Clearinghouse, areawide planning agencies, and counties, towns, and cities involved
Permit review agencies should note it is anticipated Federal Permits will be required as
discussed in the statement
