Subject: Davidson Water, Inc. WTP NPDES Permit Renewal
Dear Mr. Denard,
Davidson Water, Inc. has reviewed the Division of Water Resources General Permit
NCG5900000 for greensand and conventional type water treatment plants and requests
that the discharge from the Davidson WTP be covered under this new general permit.
Davidson Water, Inc. understands that the Division will rescind the individual NPDES
permit for the Davidson WTP — NCO084425 when the Certificate of Coverage for the
General Permit NCG590000 is issued to Davidson Water, Inc. for the WTP.
