Wants 50/50 late/early succession trees 6) SB11 check DDR report- how long will this section stay flooded?* Concern about pipe getting clogged. 7) SB10 check DDR report (same as SB11 concerns)* *SB10 and SB11 have a drawdown time of 2 days Notes for Sid: 1) #1&2 Landowner agreement (we have an example)- agreement between the city and landowners 2) Hold off on plan revision; without it they can’t grant the permit 3) Suggested to work on main stream first, and work on SB10 and SB11 later 4) Send 2 copies of full-size sets to Sid 5) Recalculate disturbed areas based on the right-of-way limits on the project 6) 2 temporary silt fences on both sides of the project 7) He is fine with the staging areas and hull roads 8) Wait to re-advertise to submit sediment and erosion control plan 9) Silt bags- don’t use straw, use aggregate instead 10) City of Concord is in charge of the buffer areas- need to get permission from them 11) 404B1 analysis- verify that we have permission and send to Sid 12) Send wetland report to Sid 13) Possible change in sediment and erosion control fee based on disturbance area
