You can just send a revised page 4 with an updated stream impact table. Thanks.

Garcy,
Since we revised the ditch, we will remove the stream impacts from the permit drawings and the stormwater
management plan. We will provide those once they are available. Would you like for us to revise the PCN also?
Thank you,

Matt,

Initially I had temporary stream impacts on the SW and SE quadrant to cover where the proposed ditches were tying
into the stream and where there was hand clearing. I believe the temporary impacts in the SW quadrant can be
removed as well since we tie into the existing ditch before Hadnot Creek. If you agree and would like me to remove
them let me know.
Thanks

Matt,
Maybe you can help answer the temporary stream impact question?
Thank you,

Jay, Hon
I've reviewed your revised application for the replacement of Bridge # 63 in Carteret County. The permanent wetland
impacts listed in the PCN do not match what are shown on the plan sheets and listed in the wetland impact summary
table. I believe these may be the impacts from the original design before they were reduced following our meeting in
the field with Stephen Lane. If this is the case, can you please send a revised PCN page with the correct impact totals?
Also, there are 22' of temporary stream impacts shown in the SW quadrant. What are these impacts a result of? Thank
you for any information you can provide.
