David,
They had not cleaned out that basin since it was first built. It was no need to for the water and mud just flowed thru it. It
even had cattails growing in it. They came in a few days ago and completely re-constructed the entire basin. You saw
the videos where the basis was not properly constructed and I complained about it for over a year. It allowed untold
amounts os mud to flow directly into the lake.
I invite you to come back out and see the new one they have properly installed. I am Sind you pics and the new one in
no way resembles the old one. There is no way they were in compliancei

Dave,
If they were in compliance why did they have to redo the catch basin? The two basins
could not be any more different. The first as you saw, was nothing more than a"flow
Basin" and not a"catch Basin' as needed. They now have constructed what looks like a
first class catch basin. I complained for over a year and am disappointed and upset they
are getting by with it. The basin allowed untold amounts of mud to enter the lakei Now I
am still faced with the water meal and duck weeds because of their not correcting what
was as obvious problem.
Your report now clears them from all the wrongs they have done out here. But, I trust
your judgement, but disappointed.
If they were compliant, why did they have to redo the basin?
Thanks
