Thanks again for your help. You can see why I was surprised that you ruled the DOT was compliance while that catch
basin was never able to correctly handle the amount of water directed toward it.
Sine the DOT has now re-constructed the basin it seems to be more able to handle some of the water.
As I shared with you I tried for over a year to get it cleaned out and properly installed but they would never do it now
there has been significant damage to the lake because of their unwillingness to correct that particular basin.
You had mentioned to me while you were out here that the DOT needed to clean out the lake and you were going to
recommend that to them

Please see attached email I sent to Mr. Tabor earlier today. Could you further address Mr. Tabor's concerns
about Basin 8.1B? I explained that DOT was conducting maintenance, but perhaps more detail is needed
relative to DOT's erosion and sedimentation control program. Also attached is a video that Mr. Tabor shot in
May of this year (sent to me today), which shows Basin 8.1.B during a storm event.
