Good afternoon team!
Please find the attached PCN and supplemental information for the above named bridge
replacement. This particular project needs to be processed via a full PCN as it falls
under the new FHWA/DOT Programmatic Categorical Exclusion (PCE) process. Further,
the DWR online electronic submittal met with a few issues earlier this week, thus I'm
submitting to you the old fashioned way. I apologize in advance.
Due to file sizes, this project will need to be split up into a few emails.
