In order to provide access to uplands within the site, a jurisdictional ditch must be crossed. This will result in 0.005 acre of open water impacts. Because of the low quality of this ditch, no mitigation is proposed. Enclosed are the PCN form, site maps, site plan, and JD. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information in order to issue the NWP 29. Thank you for your assistance with this project.
