We have enclosed and a check fort 100 (application fee.) This is a relatively new, existing location that has not previously held a stormwater permit. New York Air Brake — Premtec Division previously held a stormwater discharge permit at our former location in China Grove, NC. This location was closed, the permit has been rescinded, and all operations have now been relocated to this new location. In the course of reviewing the facilities operations, it was determined that there are exposed materials and operations that necessitate our application for coverage under the general discharge permit for our industry. The primary industrial activity at this facility is the manufacture of rubber hose and rubber coated products, primarily used in air brake components.
