Marla,
This project came in 10/31/07 I believe that if we are going to try to require the
moratorium to be followed we will have to get management involved and a signed letter
out to DOT within the next week - two at most
Brian, I'm not sure if you passed this one onto David or not Since I've dealt with
the moratorium issue in the past on the other Stokes bridge, I have letters etc, you
can probably use as a template Or, I'm happy to take this project back since the
issues are pretty much the same as my other one Just let me know
