The purpose of this project is to construct a single family dwelling (see Appendix B for details).

This will entail constructing a retaining wall and back filling the area, with clean earthen fill, which will serve as the building
pad for the proposed structure (see Appendix B for details). A front end loader and dump truck will be used to bring in the
fill and grade the lot to the desired contour.

The Applicant has incorporated a retaining wall into the site plan, which reduced the impacts to wetlands by 400 square feet.
Additionally, the Applicant chose not to impact wetlands for the purpose of yard, reducing the impact by 700 square feet. In
total the Applicant avoided impacts to wetlands by 1100 square feet.

Sediment and erosion control best management practices will be utilized during the construction of the wall and dwelling.
