The 4 foot access path is in zone 1 it would be 4' x 30' foot in the buffer.
The road is in zone 2 it is 10'x 20' foot in the buffer.

within the riparian buffer. Please provide the dimensions (ex. 4' x 20') and square footage of the
proposed access path in both Zones 1 and 2 of the buffer (if applicable), as well as the dimensions and
square footage of the existing gravel driveway in both Zones of the buffer (if applicable).
50 foot Buffer:
Zone 1— 30 feet upslope from top of full pond level (closest to shoreline)
Zone 2 — 20 feet upslope from Zone 1
