Dave did contact me but DOT leadership over this property has never taken the lake issues seriously. They are “compliant” to
some regs, but it has been obvious the efforts they have made have not corrected the impact on this lake.

I do not know the power structure with you, but I need to move on up the command chain to see if I can get an help.

The lake is 1/3 less in size but is being asked to handle a lot more run-off water, this is causing erosion. They just finally, after me
complaining for over a year, rebuilt the catch basin on the NE side of the road.

I would like to show you videos or if you could direct me to others further up the chain of command I would appreciate it.

Also there has never been any Maintance on the two curtains across the lake.

Dave asked the DOT if they had plans to clean our the lake and they said no!
