We did not rebuild the basin, but we did do some routine maintenance on inlet end of the basin. We talked about it in our meeting with you last week. It was the first time the basin had needed maintenance in a while, and it was the result of the rains. Mr. Tabor has already spoken with our DOT staff regarding the recent maintenance to the measures. Mr. Tabor informs me that the basin was rebuilt recently. I’m assuming that what he observed was maintenance/cleaning of accumulated sediment. Please explain. Thanks. Dave W.
