Dave,
If they were in compliance why did they have to redo the catch basin? The two basins could not be any more different.
The first as you saw, was nothing more than a “flow Basin” and not a “catch Basin’ as needed. They now have
constructed what looks like a first class catch basin. I complained for over a year and am disappointed and upset they
are getting by with it. The basin allowed untold amounts of mud to enter the lake! Now I am still faced with the water
meal and duck weeds because of their not correcting what was as obvious problem.
Your report now clears them from all the wrongs they have done out here. But, I trust your judgement, but
disappointed.
If they were compliant, why did they have to redo the basin?
