U-2579B Compliance Inspections for Sites 6 and 7
Dave Wanucha of the Division of Water Resources conducted compliance inspections of Mr.
Tabor's property on Apri126, 2017 and May 3, 2017 in response to a complaint from Mr. Tabor
on Apri124, 2017. On May 8, 2017, Dave Wanucha emailed the NC Department of
Transportation (NCDOT) for additional information to verify that NCDOT was in compliance
with its 401 and NPDES permits. Upon review of the informatian that Division 9 emailed to
DWR on May I6, 2017, DWR has determined that NCDOT is in compliance with its 401 perrnit
conditions and its NPDES permit (NCS000250).
