Yes No NA NE ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ Comment: This inspection was in response to a citizen's complaint of sediment enterinq his pond. I met with the landowners Mr. and Mrs Tabor to listen to their concerns and review videos and pictures of the pond dur various storm events. I reviewed skimmer basins upstream of the pond and prade drop inlets to determi the extent of sedimentation followinq the storm events. One basin 8.2B was completelv full of sediment, drop inlets had less than inch laver of sediment along the bottoms. Other basins appeared to be functioninq and were discharqinq clear water. I then met with DOT staff and contractors to review NPDE records and EC plans. All records were in order. Staff informed me that all available personnel were workinq on EC measures or conductinq further EC inspections. page 2
