The impacts to the stream include the temporary inundation of the wetlands following storm events and the clean-up of coal combustion products released into the area during the downstream fail ure of the 48-inch pipe. Calculations indicate that the wetland area can store the 25 -year storm event up to elevation 525.0 without discharge. Pumping capacity currently provided allows for the temporarily impounded water to be drawn back down within 72 hours of the storm event. Pumped flows will be discharged to the Service Water Settling Pond by way of existing piping to a proposed new storm water outfall . 1X PROPOSED EXTENTS OF TEMPORARY TEMPORARY IMPACTS 1I IMPOUNDMENT BASED ON 25 -YEAR = X —vj Wetland 1 12,420.9 SQ.FT.
