For other projects like this where DOT requests a renewal and there are no changes to
the original permit, we have simply sent an email to DOT, stating that the 401 will be
renewed in concurrence with and at such time the 404 renewal is issued by the

Corps. So, I will send that email out in a bit, cc you and you can do your BIMS thing at
some point. OK? Thanks.
