This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Northampton County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. The location is on a UT
to Bridgers Creek in the Roanoke River Basin, Stream Index 23-34.
Existing 3.5' X 3' X 78' Concrete Box Culvert will be replaced by a 48" X 78' CAP at N
36.250335° W 77.321871°.
