Reference is made to your application dated June 5, 2016, and subsequent Public Notice in which
we described your proposal to permanently fill 1.40 acres of wetlands and 0.57 -acre of relatively -
permanent waters for the purpose of constructing a 191 lot subdivision, Blake Farms
Subdivision, and associated roads, amenities, and stormwater facilities. By letter dated August
11, 2016, as well as subsequent meetings and additional comments, we requested that you
provide additional information that was necessary for us to continue the review of your
application. This information was to be provided to this office within 60 -days of your receipt of
that request. As of the date of this correspondence we have not heard from you regarding this
request.
We believe that sufficient time has elapsed since our last request and, in accordance with 33 CFR
325.2(d)5, Processing of Applications, your application has been withdrawn and no further action
will be taken in this matter until such time that a written request is made by you (or your agent)
to reconsider this application. Such requests must be made in writing and be accompanied by a
new application that contains the information that was deficient in the original application.
