the property.
I hereby grant permission to the State and the State's representatives access to my/our property to conduct an
environmental investigation to determine what public health and environmental hazards, if any, may exist and
conduct cleanup actions of an imminent hazard resulting from past operations of a landfill that ceased
operation prior to January 1, 1983. I understand that this permission does not obligate the State in any way to
perform or conduct any such activities, and no representation has been or is being made regarding the extent
or quality of the investigation or cleanup.
