Attached is the initial interest form for participation in the express review
program that I have made 1 change to. The original form that was submitted
last week indicated there were 160 linear feet of stream impacted, but that
was a mistake in my calculating. The correct amount. is 107 feet and the
fonrr has been updated. Please let me know if there are any problems but a
revised acceptance letter will be needed because this changes the fees for the
pr(ject. Thank you.
