Shay- an updated map will be fine with me I pass through that area
frequently and can take a quick peek, if need be, after the additional info
is received Thanks- David

Subject R-2409C additional delineations
David, Brian,
As you know we will be doing additional delineations for the R-2409C project,
extending 3-4 perennial stream channels down slope Can you tell me if I
should plan on a second field verification for this additional work, or will
an updated map showing the additional stream footage suffice if there are no
additional systems found
Also, Brian, at the agency meeting a couple weeks ago, you asked if any of
the project streams designations are ORW or WQW I told you no at the meeting
and that is correct concerning a formal DWQ rating, however, as stated in the
NRTR, all waters in the State Park can potentially be considered to have the
ORW classification, and NCWRC Wild Mountain Trout Waters may qualify for a
supplemental HQW designation

Waters on Gorges State Park are considered by NCWRC to be Wild Trout Waters
