We apologize for the delayed reciprocation, however we were in the process of significant plan revisions to incorporate the BMP features as required by the DWQ and NPDES Phase II regulatory offices. The following items are enclosed: Two copies of the revised site plans • A copy of the US Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit 33 & 29 issuance for the project. • The revised plans include temporary watercourse diversions for permanent culvert installations. The watercourse diversions will also be used where the proposed gravity sewer crosses the perennial stream. The method and construction sequence for the watercourse diversions are shown in detail "Q", on sheet 5 of the plan set. The perennial stream's defined cross section is approximately 1.5 to 2-feet wide and deep. The temporary impacts for the watercourse diversion will be minimal (less than 10 linear feet cumulatively) since the downstream sandbag(s) can be place in the rip-rap apron area for the culvert crossings. • The project is being submitted to Mr. Mike Randall's office for NPDES Phase II compliance review. Please contact us if you have questions or require additional information. Sincerely, Site & Utility Design Services, P.A. e W.
