Please accept my apologies for not getting this response to you earlier. I have tried in this ICE/ICI position to
daylight concerns about projects with plenty of time to address them. I believe that the permit application for R-
4430 is very close to being sent to you. I don't want you to think that I'm trying to cram this reply in in the nick of
time (although unintentionally Ihave).
I did take some time to thoroughly go over the geology and the design criteria. I hope I've addressed your
concerns.
