The Division of Water Quality (Division) is in receipt of the Certificate of Completion for the Proximity Hotel
Stream Restoration Project. The Certificate of Completion indicates that all in-stream restoration work is
complete at this time. Please note that the planting of live stakes within the 50 foot stream buffer is required
as a condition of the Water Quality Certification 06-1869 issued by the Division. The Division understands
that this activity will take place either fall 2007 or spring 2008.
