Crossing #2: 52 linear feet of 72-inch CMP at centerline station 25+00 on SR 2057 in an unnamed tributary to Horse Branch, impacting 0.02 acres of wetlands Crossing #3: 230 linear feet of roadway on SR 2057 from centerline station 29+70 to 33+00 in Horse Branch impacting 0.23 acre of wetlands. All crossings are located in Columbus County, North Carolina. Description of Activity: Crossing#1: To place fill material for the roadway widening construction impacting 009 acre of jurisdictional wetlands. Crossing #2: To replace 18 linear feet of 60-inch CMP with 52 linear feet of 72-inch CMP and widen the travelway, impacting 0.02 acre of jurisdictional wetlands and 34 linear feet of stream channel. Crossing#3: To place fill material for the roadway widening construction impacting 023 acre of jurisdictional wetlands. In addition two 18-inch by 44-feet RCP equalizer pipes will be placed, one on each side of the existing 24- inch RCP, to provide continues hydrologic connectivity. Any violation of the conditions of the RGP or NWP referenced above may subject the permittee to a stop work order, a restoration order, and or appropriate legal action. 1 This Department of the Army RGP or NWP verification does not relieve the permittee of the responsibility to obtain rt any other required Federal, State, or local approvals/permits. This verification will remain valid until the expiration date identified below unless the nationwide authorization is modified, reissued or revoked. If the nationwide permit authorization expires oris suspended, revoked, or is modified, such that the activity would no longer comply with the terms and conditions of the nationwide permit, activities which have commenced (i.e., are under construction) or are under contract to commence in reliance uponthe nationwide permit, will remain authorized provided the activity is completed within twelve months of the date of the nationwide permit's expiration, modification or revocation, unless discretionary authority has been exercised on a case by-case basis to modify, suspend or revoke the authorization.
