I Lauren, I talked to Nikki this morning and now believe I/you should direct your concerns to Cyndi and Danny. - Ian Lauren Cobb wrote: Ian, It appears that they did not include the 101 linear feet of stream impacts for a stormwater pond (Impact #2) as a permanent impact. Seems to me like a stormwater pond is a permanent impact even if it is intermittent (Let me know otherwise). Currently, there is a sediment basin where they intend to put the stormwater pond (Impact #2). I think they should take the basin out and restore stream at this location and move the proposed stormwater pond outside of the stream. , I think we should require a stream restoration plan for impact #3 prior to issuing an authorization. This should include the sequence of events in taking the sediment basins out and installing the stormwater ponds. FYI, DLR approved the basins that were on the E&SC plans but there were also no streams on the plans. Should they identify how they are in compliance with WS-IV rules? Hopefully this was clear and not a waste of your time. Thanks, Lauren Lauren C.
