Garcy, Tom, Please find attached Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the Kinston Riverwalk. We are
planning to meet on the Riverwalk project after the Queen St. bridge compliance
meeting on Tues 4/12 depending on when we break from Queen St. it might be after
lunch. This would be a good time to meet with the consultant and walk the proposed
alignment for Phase 2&3. The file is large so let me know if you don't get it.

Thanks again for meeting with me this morning. As per our conversation, I have
attached the draft Preliminary JD packet that covers all three phases of the greenway
project. It is a large file, so please let me know if it doesn't come through. This
document was updated again in February and we still need to update the owner
information. Can you please take a quick look at it and let us know who (individual) the
owner should be, as well as another other notable issues. I know its NCDOT but is there
a specific individual that needs to be listed? Otherwise, we are still tentatively planning
to meet onsite on Tuesday. As I mentioned, I have a conflict that morning; however,
David Cooper can make it earlier if that helps. He is quite familiar with the onsite
resources. I can just catch up with the group. Please let us know when you have
received confirmation that the agencies are willing to meet. I really appreciate your
help with this and look forward to seeing you next week.
