NES sent the IP Mod application for R-2707C (the Shelby Bypass in Cleveland County) on
January 11, 2017. Can you give me an update on the status of the 401 WQC Mod? Our
Review Date is March 28 so we are getting close. You may have already sent the permit
and I just haven't seen or received it yet — if so, then please disregard.
