Summary of Changes since Issuance of Previous Permit
The following changes have been made since the August 2002 submittal of NPDES Permit
NCO084514
Co -Permittees As described in NPDES Short Form C - MI, NPDES Permit NCO084514
includes a number of co -permittees in addition to the Raleigh-Durham Airport
Authority The list of NPDES Permit co -permittees has been further revised since the
August 2002 application The revised list is included in Attachment A to Short Form C -
MI
■ General Aviation (GA) Apron. As discussed in the August 2002 NPDES Permit
renewal application, the Airport's GA Area was enlarged during the period between
1997 and 2002 Since the August 200_2 application, the enlarged GA Apron, including an
,aircraft wash pad, has been put into operation The GA Apron is located in Drainage
Basin 004
_ West Side Stormwater Treatment Facility. The August 2002 NPDES Permit renewal
application stated that the Authority was designing a new stormwater treatment facility
adjacent to Brier Creek Reservoir This facility has been constructed and is now
operational The new stormwater treatment facility is located in Drainage Basin 007
■ Terminal C. Phase 1 of a redevelopment and expansion -of Terminal C is currently
under construction and is expected to be completed in late 2008 Phase 2 of the project
will begin upon completion of Phase 1 and is expected to be completed in 2010
Terminal C is located in Drainage Basin 003
