The Authority submitted a permit renewal application on August 30, 2012. A draft permit has not yet been received. Enclosed are the visual monitoring reports for CY2013. Please note that per email correspondence with Danny Smith on May 14 and 15, 2013, the Authority was approved to conduct visual monitoring for SDO 002 at the sample location instead of the discharge location into Brier Creek. Also enclosed are total glycol and urea usage data and nitrogen loading information for CY2013. The Authority no longer uses urea for deicing purposes. To the Authority's knowledge, no other Co-Permittee's and airport tenants use or store urea for deicing.
