To Whom It May Concern:
The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority ("Authority") respectfully submits an original and one
copy of the calendar year 2014 ("CY2014") Annual Report, in accordance with NPDES Permit
No. NC0084514. The Authority submitted a permit renewal application on August 30, 2012. A
draft permit has not yet been received.
Enclosed are the visual monitoring reports for CY2014, the total glycol usage data, and nitrogen
loading information for CY2014. The Authority no longer uses urea for deicing purposes. To the
Authority's knowledge, no other Co-Permittee's or airport tenants use or store urea for deicing.

1. Only months with glycol and/or urea usage are reported.
2. Numbers reported are in gallons and only for amount of glycol used.
3. Type IV glycol used for anti -icing is reported in gallons and at 100% (no water added).
4. Starting June of 2012, urea is no longer allowed to be used on RDUAA property.
5. Ethylene glycol was banned from the airport in 2006. All product had to be utilizied by 2007.
