Dave,
My apologies. The project is U-2524D Site 2 not U-2524C.

Jerry,
Thanks for the information. I'll place it in the project file for future reference. Below is a screen shot of Sites 1 and 2 from the
permit application. Was the 30" RCP existing or did DOT install it? I cannot determine where the JS begins for Site 2.
Does it begin at the junction box at the outlet?

Subject: Sediment Loss on U-2524C near Old Battleground Rd (Site 2)
Dave,
I visited the site that I spoke to you about on Wednesday evening where sediment loss was reported. The loss was very minimal
( probably less than three buckets overall) and appeared to have been sediment that was sitting in the pipe and then flushed out
of the pipe by a recent rain. We could find no evidence of any failed devices above the pipe. I hesitate to even call it a loss
because it seemed to be existing sediment that basically moved from inside the pipe to outside the pipe. I only saw two
locations that the deposits were thick enough that I felt removal would be warranted. The contractor plans to remove those
deposits today. I have attached pictures. Please let me know if have any questions or concerns.
