Recvd approval letter dated 7/8/08; however, what is written in the body of the approval does not match
what is shown in the impacts approved box below.
The letter states:
0.015 acres of wetlands
0.05 acres dredging,
859 sq ft of fill in waters
900 ft of shading impacts
Boxed impacts approved shows
1,200 buffers
Please advise & issue a corrected letter
