Upon review of the application materials I was unable to find a list of addresses of adjoining property owners, lessees, etc. whose property adjoins the waterbodies/permit areas within the project area (item # 25 on the ENG Form 4345). Note that the "Parcel Index Sheet" (Sheets 3P-1 and 3P-2) included in the project roadway plans is not limited to the adjoining property owners and does not include owner addresses. Note that providing these addresses in a format that allows printing onto mailing address labels may enable more rapid processing of the Public Notice. Currently the application is considered incomplete. Please provide the additional information (via email is acceptable) as soon as possible, but no later than thirty days of receipt of this notification or we will consider your application withdrawn. If you have any questions regarding these matters, please contact me as directed below. Sincerely, Dave Bailey --- David E.
