NOTIFICATION AMENDED CONSENT IF INTENT TO SSUE AN
ENT ORDER
Public notice of intent to issue an amendment to a State Consent Order to the
following:
Sanitary District (P. O. Box 57 Engelhard, NC 27824) hasrequested
The Engelhard
Special Order S Consent WQ S13-001 Ad. II for its Engelhard Sanitary District
WWrP, a 64,0000 GPD surface irrigation treatment under the authority of non -
discharge permit W00017625.
The Environmental Management Commission proposes to issue the amended
Order per Article 21 of Chapter 143, N.C. General Statutes, and other regulations
effective April 1, 2017. .
Compliance with this amended Order requires installation E necessary
treatment components to the existing facility. The
