This is a septic tank/sand filter treatment system with recirculation of effluent•water onto the sand filter.
The effluent is collected during the day and after going through UV disinfection is discharged as a batch
discharge into a no named tributary of Flat Creek

This system has a maximum discharge of.005 MGD monthly limit and averages approximately .002 —
.003 MGD monthly. This system has monthly limits of BOD — TSS — pH— DO —Ammonia and fecal
chloroform.
List (by month) any violations of permit conditions or other environmental regulations. Monthly lists
should include discussion of any environmental impacts and corrective measures taken to address
violations.
We were compliant with all test samples in 2013-2014.
III. Notification
State how this report has been made available to users or customers of the system and how those users
have been notified of its availability.
This report is filed in the maintenance office, school office, and posted on the control house at the
Bennett sand filter.
