A review of the June 2014 self-monitoring report for the subject facility revealed a violation of the
following parameter at Outfall 001:

6/10/14 Dissolved oxygen 4.4 mg/L 5.0 mg/L (Daily minimum)
6/18/14 Dissolved oxygen 4.1 mg/L 5.0 mg/L (Daily minimum)
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct the noted any problems. If
the violation is of a continuing nature, not related to operation and/or maintenance problems, and you
anticipate remedial construction activities, then you may wish to consider applying for a Special Order
by Consent (SOC).
