Since this `Discharge Monitoring Report" was processed as an eDMR, it is suggested that the-ORC/ Certifier/ Submitter please take note of the "VALIDATION WARNINGS" appearing during completion of the eDMR which should alert you to any omissions of permit required parameters or limit violations for the eDMR month. P/ease refer to the eDMR Facility Reporting Guide. Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to-correct any noted problems. The Division of Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations. If the violations are of a continuing nature, not related to operation and/or maintenance problems, and you anticipate remedial construction activities, then you may wish to consider applying for a Special Order by Consent (SOC).
