General Program Information:
• AT, STMP, HWA, SIU Permit, and IWS are all up to date. The HWA was
completed and submitted in September 2016.
• All dates on the latest Annual Pretreatment Info Database are correct.
• A copy of our latest Annual Pretreatment Info Database is enclosed.
• The SIU permit for Century Hosiery was renewed January 1, 2015 to expire
December 31, 2019.
• No new SIUs were added in 2016
• No Name changes to current SIUs in 2016
Industrial User Information:
• Century Hosiery, Inc. (SIU Permit #0001, Textiles) was sampled and inspected as
per their permit and was in compliance for all parameters for the period.
• No SNC violations were noted during 2016
• All samples were collected by POTW staff. All industries will be informed of the
results by mail.
